SUMMARY:Annual Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The general purpose of the meeting is to update owners on Sunrise Village Owners Association matters and elect new directors. \nIn order for the meeting to go forward\, there must be a quorum of 50%* of the owners of Sunrise Village owners either physically present at the meeting or present by proxy. \n*Per ORS 94.655\nIf any meeting of the association cannot be organized because of a lack of a quorum the meeting will be adjourned and reconvened with a reduced quorum requirement. The reduction will be to 25% of the membership of Sunrise Village Homeowners.
