2023 ANNUAL OWNERS MEETING NOTICE

August 20, 2023

Dear Sunrise Village Homeowner:

WHEN: Thursday, September 7, 2023 at 5:00 PM
WHERE: At the Sunrise Village Lodge grounds

PURPOSE: To transact association business which may properly come before the membership or any adjournment thereof and to elect directors.

In order for the meeting to be convened, the quorum requirement is 50%* or 89 Lots in Sunrise Village must be represented either in person or by proxy.

Please return the enclosed proxy even if you plan to attend in person to help achieve the required quorum of 50% or 89 Lots. Return them to Fieldstone Management by 2:00 PM on September 7, 2023.

The meeting will be held outside, please bring your own chair, per Sunrise Village tradition food and beverages will be served after the meeting.

If any meeting of the association cannot be organized because of a lack of a quorum the meeting will be adjourned and reconvened with a reduced quorumof 25%. The reduction will be to 25% (or 45 Lots) of the membership of Sunrise Village Homeowners.
