SRV – 2017 Budget – Dues increase!

Dear Sunrise Village Homeowner(s),
On behalf of my fellow SRV Board members; Evan Julber, Adam, Cindy and Arron, I would like to begin this letter by wishing you and yours the very best for this Holiday Season as well as the coming New Year.  We are excited to move into 2017 and continue to work to maintain our neighborhood as one of the most enjoyable places to live in Central Oregon.
The 2017 SRV Budget as well as your statement is included with this letter.  Your Board of Directors met on December 8, 2016 and voted to raise the annual assessment to $100.00 per month or $1,200.00 per year.  We have not had an increase in the assessment for several years and the increase is necessary to cover increasing costs to run our Association.  As indicated in the enclosed statement, you will receive a 5% discount if you pay your annual dues in advance by January 31, 2017.  That amount is $1,140.00.
It is our obligation to notify SRV Homeowners regarding the Maintenance Plan for SRV for 2017.  This year we plan to replace the tiles around the pool and spa, crack seal our roads and bike paths, restripe the roads, replace a few sections of fence around the pool that have rusted, install a new security camera system at the gate, conduct more fire abatement work in our common areas and upgrade our website.
I encourage all of you to visit the website: sunrisevillagebend.com.  We will be using the website to communicate with owners and allow you to conduct SRV business electronically.

Please remember our SRV Board of Directors meetings are held the second Thursday of each month at 5:00 PM at the Club House and you are all encouraged to attend. I also encourage you to email me at [email protected] with any questions or concerns.

The SRV Annual Meeting is scheduled for TOMORROW EVENING, Tuesday November 1st, 2016 at 5:30pm, at the Sunrise Village Lodge.  We have already received many RSVPs and ballots for this event.
Call our office if you haven’t already done so to let us know that you will be attending.

Don’t miss out!  Come socialize with your neighbors and enjoy dinner and beverages. Be sure to bring your completed ballot or deliver your proxy to the Sunrise Village mailbox by noon tomorrow (Nov. 1st.).

Sunrise Village Announcement
